When you have the views and outlook that the Webster’s site boasts, you want to make sure your design makes the most of it – and that is exactly what Coastwood Homes achieved. A calibre of build that has placed it in the running for Lockwood’s House of the Year 2021.
The Webster Family Home provides a view from every living and bedroom space – even the beautiful tiled ensuite shower has views out to the coastline through the well placed bi-fold window. The impressive kitchen is finished with timber-grain cabinetry and features plenty of storage and a scullery. The large kitchen island looks out over the dining and lounge through large sliding doors to the views of the bay.
Walking outside of the dining room you will find yourself in a generous sized alfresco space with a Louvretec roof, barbeque and outdoor fireplace offering all year round entertaining.
So many other features make this build the calibre it is – stunning schist work at the entrance and outdoor fireplace, handmade splashback tiles to match the scenery of the hillside view from the kitchen window, well designed outdoor storage, and much more.
Despite this build managed through challenging Covid-19 restrictions and circumstances, Coastwood Homes’ suppliers and trades were helpful and accommodating in completing this stunning home. And the Websters were amazing through that time, commenting that “Coastwood Homes made the building process everything we had hoped and expected it to be.”
