We recently had Coastwood Homes complete a 3-month renovation of our 1980s beach house — new joinery, new roof, new deck, and new cladding using the Lockwood Overclad System. They managed the entire project from start to finish, and they were fantastic to deal with in every respect. From planning and pricing the job, to pricing extras along the way, to coming up with clever solutions to the surprises that inevitably come with a renovation, nothing was ever a problem. It's like the builders were always thinking two steps ahead. We received weekly photo updates on progress and were always kept in the loop about when to expect what. We've built new homes with two large building companies before, and both homes won Gold in the Master Builders Awards, yet our experience with Coastwood Homes has been far superior: from a client perspective, in the craftsmanship, and in the smooth running of the project. And we still love them at the end of it! We tell everyone this. 😊 Highly recommended! Thank you to Coastwood Homes!

"Katie and the team at Coastwood homes are a pleasure to work with. Their attention to detail is excellent and they always ensure they get the best solutions for their customers."

"We are delighted with our new Lockwood bach. It has met all our expectations and has been admired by family, friends and neighbours. A great outcome."

“We love the strength and durability of Lockwood and are great believers in using wood. We also like to support local, so with the wood sourced and manufactured in New Zealand, Lockwood was an obvious choice. Coastwood made the building process everything we had hoped and expected it to be.”

“Really impressed with the difference the recladding has made.”

“A fantastic experience from start to finish. Can’t speak highly enough of the team at Coastwood. Nothing was too much trouble and we felt part of the exercise the whole way. Thanks Coastwood and Lockwood!”

“Coastwood Homes were fantastic from my initial enquiry up to handover. Everything went like clockwork. Best company I have ever worked with.”

“We owe our thanks to Coastwood Homes who are a very professional, friendly and helpful team (but especially Katie McDonald) who bent over backwards to meet our requests and delivered the house in the agreed time to Matarangi on the Coromandel. We love our new holiday home and the process was made incredibly smooth and easy (at least for us) by the great team at Coastwood Homes, Thames.

Coastwood Homes have been fantastic to deal with. From start to finish nothing has been problem and their attention to detail has been outstanding - Thank you team!
